oh, I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

Some friends' asked if I wanted to play slo-pitch this weekend! I said,"sure" right away as I've really been enjoying watching Jake play ball this year. I really enjoyed the 3 games we played today and though I really didn't help the team at all, I didn't suck too bad and I really enjoyed myself. I'm going to be sore tomorrow though! I'm not sure right now if we have one or two games tomorrow but I'm sure my arms will be protesting.





Summer break has officially begun for us. Mike is still hanging at home with his sore back; and the kids have already gotten into the groove of asking if they can have sleepover's nightly.





I've got to get going on my many projects around the house....the roof; underground sprinklers; organizing the workshop; and finishing the floor in the dining room. Just got to get started on them!

Here we go

Okay, okay.....I'm not much of a blogger but I am determined to make a try of it. Summer is upon us and as usual, that means a lot of extra time for me......kids are playing with friends, I'm sitting around scrapping, so I might as well give this a shot.

I have been scrapbooking for about 6 years now and am completely addicted...I admit it! I love the feeling I get from doing a piece of art about someone or something important to me. Here's my chance to share it.

I love doing pages about my kids especially but really, no topic is safe! Here's to a summer filled with scrapping, my family, friends and hopefully, keeping up to date with this blog!
