a busy day

we had a wonderfully busy day yesterday.......Jake's hockey game in the morning; I went scrapping in the afternoon and then we had Kendra's birthday party in the evening.

I managed to get four LOs done yesterday.....some photos that I had wanted to scrap for a while, so that felt great.

Hey ladies.....I've found a new home in the past couple of months.....the Shaker Box. If you can get a chance to go there, it's awesome. The ladies are all wonderful; there are lots of fun challenges; and above all, no drama!!!!

Linda was nice enough to ask me to be the design team coordinator for March, April and May. I get to play around with her wonderful kits and put some LOs and projects together. I'm working with the March kit right now, and if you have any desire to get involved with a kit club.....this one is AWESOME! I've been so impressed with the contents !!!

I can't wait until the beginning of March when I can share!

Em had a great time at Christmas....and check out those awesome crocheted flowers...my MIL Lynne has been making them for me! They're gorgeous!

okay, so I'm REALLY not a very good blogger

I just forget about this little spot all the time......oops!

Every once in a while, someone's blog catches my eye and I think.....geez, I'd better update mine! Oh, well! I'll try to get better!

I did this page of Mike and Emmy for a challenge on The Shaker Box site.....it was based on a sketch from Becky Fleck's pagemaps.

I've recently been paying around quite a bit with digital scrapping.....for Christmas I received photoshop elements 7 which I'd been wanting (thanks, Lynne). I'll pop a few of the pages up here when I get on my other computer.

Hockey season is winding down which is good and bad......we love to watch the kids play but it will be nice not to have such a busy schedule!
